Client-server search engine for optimal public transport routes
Brát, Daniel ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Myška, Vojtěch (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a client-server based program for finding the optimal path in public transport networks. Theoretical basics describe the Traveling salesman problem and mention some methods for finding its solution. This chapter is followed by a theoretical design of the application itself. Next chapter describes chosen technologies to be used. The last chapter describes the realization of the application itself. Reached goals are described in the conclusion.
Chat and Shared Drawing Board for Mobile Phones with Bluetooth
Pitner, Ivo ; Rogalewicz, Adam (referee) ; Novosad, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with analysis, design and implementation of application for mobile devices which allows two users to communicate. As an examle would be a situation where people wants to comunicate but it is not alowed to disturb the surrounding with conversation. The comunication is with text messages or graphic primitives. The program is written in Java 2 Micro Edition and a Bluetooth interface is used for a connection between devices.
Wireless Control of Presentations by Pocket Computer
Liška, Jan ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Novosad, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with design and realization of an application for Pocket PC which controls presentation on notebook or desktop PC. The goal of this project is to free person from staying behind the computer during presentation. With this remote controller this person can move freely in the whole room and can be in better contact with audience. This document consists of short introduction to Pocket PCs and development tools for this devices. The main part describes concept and implementation of this application by client-server architecture. In the end there are suggestions for future development of this application.
Design and Implementation of Network Application for Audit and Monitoring of Computers
Krym, David ; Veselý, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design and implementation of a network application for monitoring of computers for a chosen company. The application allows administrators to automate the gathering of hardware and software information. The purpose of the application is also to monitor hardware values, such as processor temperature or harddisk free space. The design uses client-server architecture. Three applications were created: server, client and graphical management console.
Client-server password manager
Myška, Vojtěch ; Burda, Karel (referee) ; Ležák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with implementation password manager with client-server architecture. Basis of thesis is proposal of graphical user interface, used keys, remote methods, server and its database, choise of used technology and programming language. The next part delas with implementation proposal of password manager.
Client-Server Mobile Application with Image Processing
Černošek, Bedřich ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The main goal of this work is creating client-server application with image processing and cryptographic verification of image source and creation time. The work focuses on creating a mobile client application on the Android platform that securly takes photos by mobile device camera, processes captured images and provides a digital signature, timestamp and GPS location. The main part of the work is secure key exchange, encrypted communication, data and energy efficiency of the client-server application. The server application is implemented on the Java EE platform and processes the received image, performs object detection, object recognition in the image and provides a timestamp from a trusted server. Then taken photo can be considered as a trusted electronic document usable as valid evidence for the judical or administrative proceedings.
